Which data, and why

Name, company, email and the message you write. We use them to answer your request and for the contacts that follow. The legal basis is your consent, and the pre-contractual steps you ask for.

Where it goes

The form is received by a function on Firebase (Google Cloud, region europe-west1) that turns it into an email and sends it to the controller's mailbox on Google Workspace. Nothing is stored in a database of this site, and nothing is passed to third parties beyond the technical providers named here (Google).

For how long

The email stays in the controller's mailbox for as long as the contact needs, and, if a working relationship follows, for its duration. You can ask for its deletion at any time.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent: write to the address above. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Malta the IDPC.
