User-Generated Content

• Progress Data: You retain ownership of your learning progress and scores.
• Local Storage: Your data remains on your device.
• No Content Upload: The App does not allow user content uploads.

Educational Disclaimer

• No Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or exam success.
• Individual Results: Learning speed and success vary by individual.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• No Indirect Damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Updates and Modifications

The App may update automatically, and updates may add, modify, or remove features. We will notify you of material changes to these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the App if you disagree with any changes.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta, without regard to conflict of law principles. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute informally. Where permitted by law, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration, and you waive any right to participate in class actions or representative lawsuits. Small claims court disputes are excluded from arbitration.

Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations without notice.
